Award: Top 100 Garage Door Dealers in the United States by The International Door Association

Thanks to you, we’re in the Top 100!

For the first time, Jim’s Garage Door Service was named one of the Top 100 garage door dealers in the country by the International Door Association. We won in the category of Top Total Revenue and we could not have done it without our fantastic customers like you.

“It’s great to see a garage door company from Racine on the list of 100,” says Austen Vail, Vice President and Operations Manager. “We have enjoyed working in this community for many years and are thankful to our customers for their ongoing patronage. We are proud of the service we provide and grateful for the opportunity to continue doing so.”

We have been serving Racine County for over 40 years under the leadership of Larry Vail and now under his successor, Austen Vail. As you know, we emphasize caring for our customers, and are proud of our reliable, honest and dependable service on residential and commercial doors. This is the first time they have received this award.

“We have felt welcomed and supported in Racine for a long time,” Vail says. “This award showcases just how much the area has grown and changed over the years and how we have been able to do the same. We look forward to continuing to expand as new growth continues to happen in Racine County.”

Larry Vail purchased Jim’s Garage Door Service in 1982 and from there grew the company from a single truck to a fleet of nine technicians, ten trucks and multiple commercial teams. Our iconic red trucks with the white block lettering can be seen all over the city.
